Refund Policy
Your fees
Two payments are involved in joining the programme. The registration fee is paid when you apply and covers the processing of your application; it is not refundable at any stage. The course fee is paid once you are admitted, and it is this amount that a refund applies to.

If you withdraw
The date on which classes commence is the line that decides your refund.
Withdraw before that date and your course fee is returned to you in full. The registration fee of Rs. 2,000 remains with the Institute.
Withdraw on or after that date and no fee will be refunded.
Raising a refund request
- Write to us at support.online@nitk.edu.in.
- You will be asked for your bank details along with your payment receipt and transaction reference. The account must be your own, or that of the person who paid on your behalf. Once your request has been verified and approved, the amount due is credited within 30 to 60 working days.
